One of Dantra's core advantages to a local market is our local training program. We believe that mobilizing local companies and training their workforce to be the local installers of the products we provide helps to build the local economy, allowing Dantra to truly be a partner in a community's growth.

PHILOSOPHY
Process
We use our factory trained trainers to teach local installers how to install hygienic wall cladding and safety flooring. We transfer the technology, product knowledge, and best practices to all local levels and train local workers so they have the capability to install products to ensure warranty specifications are adhered to.
In doing so, we are able to offer clients in market support for product upkeep and maintenance, and assistance with future projects in the market.
Initially, for the first project, the up-front costs for training are higher but ongoing, the local workforce is equipped to do maintenance and further project installations which reduces end costs for clients in the long run.
