IWK CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL - Nova Scotia, CANADA
Dantra has supplied and installed wall and flooring solutions for numerous operating theatres in this children’s hospital. Dantra has also supplied Altro Whiterock, Altro safety flooring, and Polyflor products to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit ward at this hospital as well as Altro Whiterock to the Early Labour Assessment Unit.
REHABILITATION POOL - Nova Scotia, CANADA
This project utilized Dantra’s supply and installation of Altro Whiterock’s Chameleon wall cladding for the Nova Scotia Rehabilitation Centre's therapeutic pool. The pool received an extensive overhaul, repairing and replacing the pool’s core along with the bathrooms, showers, and changing rooms.

Dantra has supplied and installed various floor and wall solutions for this nursing home, ranging from wards, shower spaces, bedrooms, and kitchens. This project utilized Polyflor, Altro Whiterock, and Altro safety flooring products.
DARTMOUTH GENERAL HOSPITAL - Nova Scotia, CANADA
Dantra, in partnership with Floors Plus Commercial and DI5, supplied and installed flooring and wall solutions on the 3rd and 4th floors of this hospital. This project utilized DIRTT sliding doors and more than 300 sheets of Altro Whiterock in all patient bathrooms on these floors.

During this project, European hardwood was provided throughout the circulation areas in excess of 55,000 sq ft of product. This project also included various Laticrete products to complete corrective concrete repair work.

Dantra provided the ship deck underlayment and deck coverings of two ships built at the Halifax Shipyard: the Atlantic Eagle (Vessel Type: UT722, AHTS), and the Atlantic Hawk (Vessel Type: UT722, AHTS).
CANADIAN NAVAL VESSELS
Dantra, in partnership with Floors Plus Commercial, has supplied and installed all ship deck underlayment and deck coverings on the Kingston Class ships that were built in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Since their construction, Dantra has provided maintenance work and deck covering upgrades on those based on this coast.
Dantra has completed several deck covering projects for the Navy since 2006 which includes work on HMCS Charlottetown, HMCS Athabaskan, HMCS Fredericton, HMCS Preserver, HMCS Iroquois, HMCS Halifax, HMCS Sackville, HMCS St. John’s and HMCS Ville de Quebec. These projects included work on the dockyard and various cabins.
Drapery projects have been completed with the Halifax Shipyard - Irving Shipbuilding, as well as projects on the HMCS Iroquois which included work on various decks, passageways, showers, and dry garbage compartments.
CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY
Dantra has supplied and installed Altro safety flooring for more than 8 years in Canadian National Railway transportation vehicles.
COAST GUARD VESSELS
Dantra has completed two Coast Guard Ship projects in 2011 and 2012 on the Canadian Coast Guard Command and the Louis St. Laurent Coastguard. These project utilized marine certified flooring from Altro and Polyflor.

Dantra provided static dissipative flooring solutions to the missile repair areas. This project utilized Polyflor products.
DARTMOUTH ARENA - Nova Scotia, CANADA
Dantra, in partnership with Floors Plus Commercial, supplied and installed rubber flooring solutions for the newly built rink which utilized Mondo Rubber Flooring, VCT, ceramic flooring and wall tile. This project also utilized LATICRETE’s products for the installations in the bathrooms
HEBRON OFFSHORE LIVING QUARTERS
Dantra provided all of the deck covering materials for the Hebron offshore living platform built in Newfoundland. Dantra provided a variety of specialty products to outfit the living quarters, which included carpet and resilient flooring products, all of which met the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) standards.
RCMP/POLICE HEADQUARTERS DARTMOUTH - Nova Scotia, CANADA
Dantra, in partnership with Floors Plus Commercial, provided static dissipative tile flooring solutions, Polyflor products, and sports flooring, Dinoflex products, for the gym at the Police Headquarters in Dartmouth. This project also utilized owner supplied flooring solutions which was installed by Floors Plus Commercial. In total, over 60,000 sq ft of flooring products were supplied and installed.

Dantra supplied and installed access (raised) flooring to this office which utilized Tate products.
NS POWER CORPORATION - Nova Scotia, CANADA
Dantra, in partnership with Floors Plus Commercial, supplied and installed carpet for 18 floors of the corporate offices.
THE ROY - Nova Scotia, CANADA
Dantra, in partnership with Floors Plus Commercial, supplied and installed flooring solutions for 110 units along with the common areas, basement, and lobby in this 21-storey luxury condominium. This project utilized various styles of tile, carpet, hardwood, and marble flooring.
